They then worked in conjunction with a local bee keeper to support a safe extraction and fully supported me by phone as well as in person throughout the process, knowing I was somewhat concerned. Naomi Minto2/18/2021 - I discovered I had a problem in my loft after hearing activity, I have had an issue in the past with rodents and had a company out that baited and eradicated however did not investigate to find entry point hence... read moreI discovered I had a problem in my loft after hearing activity, I have had an issue in the past with rodents and had a company out that baited and eradicated however did not investigate to find entry point hence therefore were able to return, on ringing Danny he not only came promptly and baited he also went in loft to survey and consequently found 2 entry points, he returned after activity had stopped and cut ivy away from entry point "proofed" the holes to deny further access and cleared loft and tidied, went above and beyond to help "damsel in distress" , really can't find the words to show my appreciation enough, only to say would highly recommend you won't be disappointed, deffo will be keeping number handy.
